Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to quotations, bookings and travel services provided by Vaayutrip. Please read them carefully; confirming a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Booking & Travel Conditions

  • We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance (covering emergency medical evacuation) for trips to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
  • Prices are valid with the tourist seasons schedule provided.
  • 25% deposit is required to get a booking confirmed. The rest of the payment shall be made 10 days before the guest arrives.
  • The cost of air tickets is subject to change without prior notice by the airline.
  • Reservations during peak times (Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, National Holidays) may be subject to supplementary charges.
  • Rooms at hotels are available only from 1500 on the arrival day until 1200 on the departure date. A supplement will be added if early check-in or late check-out is desired.
  • Please note that all the above services & tours have yet to be booked — they are proposed for your information only, and we will not make any reservations before we receive your confirmation to do so.
  • If one or some proposed service(s) is (are) not available at the moment of booking, we will try to find other possibilities/options or other similar service(s) in order to avoid changes to the program.

Child Policy

  • Infants under 2 years old sharing a room with parents are free of charge.
  • Children below 6 years old are charged 50%.
  • A child below 12 years old sharing the same room with 1 adult is charged 90%.
  • A child below 12 years old with an extra bed and sharing the same room with parents is charged 75%.
  • Children below 12 years old with no extra bed and sharing the same room with parents are charged 65%.
